Our Philosophy
At WelloKids Childcare and Kindergarten, we believe in providing quality care and education to children aged 3 months to 6 years. Our philosophy centres on creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where young children feel valued, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential. Educators at our childcare centres are highly qualified and hold qualifications like a Diploma of Children’s Services, Certificate III in Children’s Services, and an approved Degree in Early Childhood.
Our philosophy is driven by different early learning frameworks to ensure that we deliver the best possible care to your child. We have designed our programs following the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), My Time, Our Place framework, and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines. These frameworks guide our curriculum development, ensuring that we provide enriching experiences that promote holistic development, foster curiosity, and ignite a love for learning in every child.
ELWise is our parent organisation, equally dedicated to early childhood education and care. As our new owners, they share our passion and commitment to providing exceptional care and education to young children. With their support, we aim to deliver value-added solutions to the early childhood education sector and develop a sense of belonging.
We also remain dedicated to maintaining and strengthening our bond with our community and the families associated with our childcare centres. With ELWise on board, Wellokids strives to provide a strong foundation for the success of future generations.
